Bluetooth Headset Common Problems

1.Is Bluetooth working with my mobile?

Any kind of mobile with bluetooth function which will work with Bluetooth Headset, Bluetooth Handsfree or any other mobile accesories.

2.Why Bluetooth Headset not paired with mobile? Why many kinds of Bluetooth devices will be found once searching Bluetooth devices for mobile?

Firstly start the bluetooth function of mobile,then pair mobile with bluetooth headset.
The process of pairing as followed:
Keep pressing passkey some seconds(as shown in menu),then start mobile’s Bluetooth-searching function, Mobile will find the name of Bluetooth Device, input pairing code(0000),then press mobile button for confirmed, it’s done.

3.Can not pair or no way to pair?
· Make sure mobile is working well
· Make sure Bluetooth Headset is with enough power
· In the process of pairing, make sure not many Bluetooth Headset were on at the same time ,or make sure only one Bluetooth Headset is on if many at hands, shut off others avoiding disturbing pairing.
· Make sure the pairing code is correct and Bluetooth Headset is at the pairing status at the same time.
· Bluetooth Headset can be paired with 8mobiles one time, if all were paired, need reset, otherwise cannot pair even the pairing code is correct(details shown as menu)

4.Why bluetooth Headset is not working even after pairing successfully?
· Before dialing, make sure the headset is connecting with mobile
· Found Bluetooth device in mobile, then choose “connect” in the properity of mobile
·If still cannot work well, just delete Bluetooth device in mobile and repair .

5.What’s the working range of Bluetooth Headset?
· After pairing with Bluetooth headset successfully, will be wireless working within 10meter.
·The effective distance is about 10meter according to the agreement of short wireless data communication
· The effective range is much farer, the power for consuming will be more, the weight of headse also will be bigger, so there is not necessary for better effective distance.

6.The sound quality of Bluetooth Headset?
· Bluetooth International Agreement:10meter without any block, the quality of sound is better if the distance is shorter
· Bluetooth Technology is based on 2.4G band transmission, it’s belong to High-frequency, short wave, the quality is not so good if going through some blocks.
· So Bluetooth Headset is working better with outdoors or driving, but indoors is not better relatively.
· Furthermore, if Bluetooth Headset is with Mobile at the same side of body will work better; on the opposite will have a bad influence slightly

7.What’s the pairing code of Bluetooth?
· Generally, it’s 0000，1234。In our company, CommonPeace Technology, we keep 0000 as code.
· Some mobile if not using 0000，they will show it on paper。

8.Any radiation from Bluetooth?
It’s only 1 of tens compared with that of mobile, almost can be neglected. It’s the Radiation-inspect-free items, it’s the Environmental-protected way to use mobile, quite popular in Europe and US.

9.Whether the battery can be replaced? What is the life of Battery?
Mostly battery is built-in Li-battery, it cannot be replaced. It can be rechargeable about 500times, if every time can work for 3days, means will work 3-4years.

10.What should be noticed when charging battery?
· For the first time of charging――Before using Bluetooth Headset, need charge for 24hours.
· Recharge――If hearing buzz in five times after every 20seconds,it reminds you for recharging.

11.How to charge for Bluetooth Headset？
· Plug charger socket inside headset ,the way shown as sign ,another end of charger inserted powerboard.When it’s charging,, the indicator is on which means it’s done. Don’t use when it’s charging.
· First time charging will take 24hours,after 1.5hours each time.
· As charging finished(Indicator off)，take out charger from power board , then from headset according to the sign
· P.S.：As driving, charge with car kit adapter.

12.How to wear Bluetooth Headset？
· Bluetooth Headset original setting is wearing on the right ear.
· Open the ear grip of headset(45angel with headset）
· Hang the grip behind the ear
· Cover ear with Headset
· Keep the microphone towards the mouth

13.How to change Bluetooth Headset from right ear to left ear?
·Open the ear grip of headset(90angel with headset)
· Slightly pull up the grip to take the hook out by pushing away
·Rotate the ear grip in a half-circle, counter clockwise
· Place the headset on the left ear after inserted hook of grip.

14.How to adjust the volumn of Bluetooth Headset？
·Repeat pressing the upper button of volume to turn up.
· Repeat pressing the under button of volume to turn down
· Adjust volume of mobile after paring with mobile

15.How is Bluetooth Headset shut down?
· Possibly the Bluetooth Headset is no enough power. Please recharge in time if the red indicator is on.
· It’s possible the Bluetooth function is disconnecting with Bluetooth Headset, if so, restart the mobile or the Bluetooth function of mobile.

16.Some power-saving way for some types of mobile
Depend on different designs of different mobile, there will be slightly difference as using with the same Bluetooth Headset. We had developed some saving-power function for some branded mobiles. It’s will be in power-saving status automatically in 1minute after stopping using headset, reuse will take time, which means it’ll be connected by itself only outgoing or incoming with 2-3ringing sounds, it can be silence once you answer the phone within only 1ringing sound. The headset is not using for a long time(eg. For one night),it’ll go for deep sleep, use it again, make sure the blue light is on after pressing S1
